1. Delivery timeliness
    All orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (excluding weekends and U.S. legal holidays).
    Orders for remote areas or international orders may be delayed by an additional 3 to 5 days. We will notify you of the specific progress via email.
  2. Cooperation between the shipping location and logistics
    All of our products are directly dispatched from our domestic warehouses in the United States, using reliable logistics services such as USPS, FedEx or DHL.
    After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email containing the logistics tracking number. You can check the progress in real time through the carrier’s official website.
  3. Transportation costs
    In the United States: Free standard shipping for orders over 99, and a charge of 6.99 will be applied for orders less than 99. The expedited option requires an additional payment of $12.99 (3-5 working days).
    International orders: Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on destination and weight, and the specific amount is displayed at checkout.
  4. International Transportation Instructions
    Customs duties and import duties shall be borne by the buyer and paid by themselves upon arrival of the goods. It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance.
    At present, shipping to some conflict areas and sanctioned countries is not supported.
  5. Delay and out-of-stock handling
    If the goods are delayed in delivery due to inventory issues, we will contact you via email thousandon@hikierbackpack.com within 48 hours to provide a replacement solution or a full refund.
    In case of delays caused by extreme weather or force majeure, the official website will issue an announcement and give priority to handling the affected orders.
  6. Return and exchange time limit
    You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the goods (the items must remain unused). The return address will be provided in the after-sales email.
    The refund will be returned to the original route within 5 to 7 working days after the warehouse acceptance.
