Scope of policy application
All products (including discounted items and customized products) are subject to the “no returns, no refunds” policy.
By placing an order, you are deemed to have confirmed the product specifications, dimensions and terms of this policy.
No Return and no refund policy
Based on product characteristics and inventory management requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
Subjective reasons (such as dissatisfaction with color/style, wrong size selection, etc.);
Unopened or used goods;
Return requests due to non-quality issues.
Exceptional Cases (Handling of Quality Issues
If the product has manufacturing defects or damage caused by transportation, please provide the following materials to the customer service email within 48 hours after receiving the goods

Order number and clear problem photos/videos;
Outer packaging and product detail drawings;
We will provide an exchange or compensation plan after verification (excluding non-quality issues).
Precautions
Please make sure to check the integrity of the package before signing for it. If it is damaged, it can be refused on the spot.
Customized products (such as engraved names and special color schemes) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
